ACTIVITIES

Our MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Identifying a financing programme where a certain proposal and consortium are eligible.
  • Identifying partnerships – brant new or already formed but looking for more partners
  • Writing project proposals – CCTI has a long experience in this chapter and it results in a professional manner of presenting project ideas to financing bodies.
  • Designing the budget, estimating the human effort, timetable for the activities, costs breakdown.
  • Submission formalities and all neccessary documents.
  • Managing and administrating national/international projects for applicative research, technological development, innovation and technology transfer.
  • Preparing project activity and financial reports .
  • Planning and developing informational events, awareness campaigns, seminar and workshops for different economical sectors.
  • Brokerage events – the events where one can find the right partners for his prject ideas, or just the opposite, can join other projects ideas, based on common interests. This results in launching new project proposals with participants from industry and research.
  • Conceiving and designing informational and promotional materials for the industrial and scientific environment, regarding research, technological development and innovation.

Together with our partners from abroad - companies with similar profile - we can consider also support activities as follows:
  • the preparation of feasability studies and impact of new products or new technologies;
  • the preparation of analysis of life cycles of products and technologies;
  • the setting up of business plans, the launching and the impact of starting spin-offs companies.

CCTI - The Centre for Technologic and Industrial Cooperation:
  • Manages and administrates collective research and technology transfer projects;
  • Is responsible for dissemination activities in integrated projects in which it is partner;
  • Organises, within specific support actions projects, various technical partnering events like: training sessions, info-days, brokerage-events, seminars, on different fields of activity;
  • Ellaborates brochures and other info-materials relevant to collective and pre-competitive research, but also to company management or quality management („Collection of Efficient Manager”)
